That's why at Picture of Health our aim is to  remove any  stressor causing unnessesary tension and to make you feel comfortable. In this area of the website you will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your own home.

We offer different services at Picture of Health and to support you we offer both the Chiropractic initial paperwork as well as the Nutrition Response Testing initial paperwork.  Please call the office if you need support in finding the correct paperwork for your visit.
